Visitors are welcome to try us out. Come and see what CrossFit is all about. You have nothing to lose.

Schedule a private introduction session where you can learn what CrossFit methodology is all about, have your questions answered, and experience a sample workout. Chances are, your going to love it, and you can join on a monthly basis or schedule more one on one training. 

CrossFit VictriX memberships are month to month. You can cancel at anytime with no questions asked. We do not use long term membership contracts. We believe that the coaching, the workouts, the people, and the positive fitness oriented atmosphere will bring you back every month. We don’t want you here because you have to be here, we want you here because you want to be here.

Group Workouts
Group classes include a warm-up, specific movement instruction or skill work, and a workout of the day. Variety, Intensity, and Functionality are the keys to ever increasing levels of fitness. There will always be scaled versions of the workouts so all fitness levels can get a great workout.

On-Ramp (An Introduction to CrossFit)
For anyone new to CrossFit or new to working out, we offer a 4 session on-ramp program that includes private training sessions lasting for one hour and including basic movement instruction, physical assessment, and a workout. The cost for the On-Ramp program is $120. There is a discount if a group of friends can schedule their On-Ramp training together. The On-Ramp sessions are scheduled appointment only. After completing the On-Ramp sessions, most people will be familiar enough with the basic concepts and movements to transition into scaled workouts during the regularly scheduled group classes.

Private and Personal Training
When focused attention at a time that is convenient for you is what you want, private training is available.
Develop and attain your personal fitness goals, work on your weaknesses, develop a personal exercise and nutrition strategy, build a strength foundation, work specific skills, or spend time on particular lifts under the eye of a CrossFit Trainer. Custom program development and implementation with consulting and accountability is available.

$50 per session or 6 sessions for $250

$40 per person for a 2 person group
$30 per person for a 3 person group
$25 per person for 4 or more people
